metrics_history is never used

Hi,
I want to raise a question because I've been analyzing the repository but haven't found any part where the metrics stored on "metrics_history" in CosmosDB are used, it seems that it only uses the usage metrics stored on "history" in CosmosDB for all the information that we can see on the dashboard, could it be that you are planning on adding some way to filter by team and that is when the "metrics_history" would enter into play?
