Navigation timeout is not configurable

User is getting navigation time out error.
As per user,
one of pages is sometimes taking more time than 30sec. It is a heavy resource intensive page in ci pipeline and introducing flakiness towards the step.
Could you provide a way to extend the time out for every url to override the timeout we could use it to adjust to our needs.

Option to configure navigation timeout in ADO Task.

Additional context

Navigation timeout is currently hardcoded in crawler package. So it need to be first enable in crawler and ai-scan cli packages.
