📝 Add a context menu item: Image Converter

The Image Resizer tool is awesome. It would be great to have an image converter also added to the context menu.

--- In Windows Explorer, Select one or more images >> Right click >> Convert Image(s) To >> (Choices: JPG, PNG, BMP, (maybe others)
