Add an option to re-arrange image sizes in Image Resizer

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'd like an option to re-arrange image sizes in Image Resizer, please. This makes it easier to re-arrange image sizes in any order for example:

From
Small - 854x480
Medium - 1024x768
Large - 1280x1024

To
Large - 1280x1024
Small - 854x480
Medium - 1024x768

Scenario when this would be used?

Either drag-and-drop the image preset sizes or click the up and down arrows to re-arrange them.

Supporting information

It'd be useful to re-arrange the image preset sizes instead of deleting and manually re-creating them.
