Steps to reproduce

  1. Open File Explorer.
  2. In the navigation pane, right-click the folder.
  3. Notice two Rename with PowerRename options appear in the context menu, which is shown below:

✔️ Expected Behavior

Only one Rename with PowerRename option should appear in the context menu when right-clicking the folder in File Explorer's navigation pane.

❌ Actual Behavior

Two Rename with PowerRename options appear in the context menu when right-clicking the folder in File Explorer's navigation pane. This problem does not appear when right-clicking the file or folder outside navigation pane in File Explorer, which is shown below:
