Can I use the add in to non-internet machine?

i have tried the add in at internet machine and it works , exactly what i am looking for.
I have another machine which does not has internet connection.
can i use it?
how do I copy the add in from current machine?

You could build the add-in locally and install it using a local manifest, but that's really more a dev type scenario
