Got
ERROR 98: Failed to copy dir content from '/tmp/custom-setup-a5k/files/priv-app' to 'mnt/system/priv-app'

After the reboot, I ended up in a boot loop.

@Photolunatic

I think that the problem is probably the missing free space.
The main problem is that microG GmsCore is growing a lot recently but the thing that grow much is not the microG GmsCore itself but mainly the Maps libray included inside it.

Could you please mount the system partition, run these commands and post the results?

ls -la /mnt/system/priv-app
ls -la /mnt/system/app

After flashing it in LineageOS recovery, i did not realize i have to mount /system, i did that, and i got errors as OP did in this issue here.

I am using microg-unofficial-installer-v1.3.1-beta-by-ale5000-OSS-signed.zip and the folders priv-app and app are missing in /mnt/system.

Additionally, the alpha builds, last shared in the XDA thread, are missing, and i have to use this shady install from someone hosting it from mega.nz. i will instead use MinMicroG.

Hi,
currently the latest beta is old but I'm not yet ready for a new one but you can get the latest alpha here: https://xdaforums.com/t/mod-flashable-microg-unofficial-installer.3432360/post-89908009

The zip auto-mount the system partition so you don't need to do it manualy, but in case it cannot do it even in the latest alpha then it is a bug and would be nice if you report it in a new ticket.
