Special Characters are not working

When i enter any special character from BLE they don't reflect on the screen, like i enter my email: [email protected] it doesn't reflect as expected, I got this on screen m.hamidjamil992gmail.com
(as we don't have any option to enter special character from web app so) we need to fix it as soon as possible (so we can also enter special character as an input), and also make sure that string is same on booth side some time i was receiving this on required input field: mhamidjamil222gmail.com so i think we haven't allowed special characters from BLE input.
