ignore list no longer working

Context

I used the ignore list in the past to exclude ppport.h, but it now appears to be ... ignored.

Process

[ordered list the process to finding and recreating the issue, example below]

1. search for "sv_setsv_cow" with "ppport.h" as the ignore list
2. result includes many results from ppport.h

Expected result

Results do not include matches from ppport.h

Current result

Many, many results from ppport.h

Possible Fix
