[Feature Request] Option to lock cursor to bottom screen

I have used a drawing tablet for emulated DS games for a long time and it works really well - but especially well if the emulator allows me to lock the cursor to just the bottom screen. I'd be happy for it to be a toggle that needs to be turned (preferably with a keyboard shortcut) so only players who need it can opt-in.
