Screen Sizing Auto + Top & Bottom

Would be awesome if in MelonDS [->View ->Screen Sizing ->Auto ] also had a [->Auto Top & Bottom ]

Just like the already existing [->View ->Screen Sizing ->Auto] that swaps the visible top and bottom.
But now with [->View ->Screen Sizing ->Auto Top & Bottom ] will auto swap Top Only and Bottom Only.
All when still being able to use swap screens hotkey.

Another addon if possible is [->View ->Start Rom in Fullscreen ✔ ] a checkable option.

Just these 2 options would make it a better experience when launching MelonDS roms
through Steam Big Picture when using a controller and kicking it back on the couch.
