Enhancement: Allowing loading different config files via cli arguments, #2278

I'm wondering if it would be possible to load different configs using a cli argument, something like melonDS --config ~/.config/melonDS/funny.toml. If something like this already exists, I couldn't find it anywhere. Thanks!
