This morning, in a run with ~70 players, the in-game screen started to miscount the number of submitted answers, showing more than 90 in the admin screen.
There wasn't so many players and not even all of them had submitted.
As a result, the server stopped receiving answers before the countdown for the question finished, and some players couldn't submit their answers.

Thanks for the report. I've never experienced this issue. Did it directly happen during the first question or only at a specific question? As these kinds of issues are really hard to debug when there's no way to test during troubleshooting.
Screenshots aren't really needed, a pattern would be helpful: When many players answer at once, the same or whatever. Or which answer is selected automatically? That's the kind of info that can help, but I appreciate your will to try it further!
