Cannot join quiz with mobile Firefox browser (iOS)

How can the issue be reproduced?

1. Start a Quiz.
2. Try to join the quiz via QR code or URL in the Firefox Browser (iOS)

Describe the bug (with screenshots if possible)

Both the username and the PIN submit buttons are not activated when entering something.
Username can be workarounded by pressing Return but this is not possible with the PIN screen.

I'll check that out, but I can't test it with Firefox on iOS. I can only test it on Safari and Firefox on Android/PC which I'll do
