Unable to change SPI CLOCK speed in SIMULINK (MATLAB v R2021b)

Hi, I've faced a new problem while using an RPI 3B.
I've used the same hardware with MATLAB v2017b and could change SPI SCLK frequency from SIMULINK HARDWARE SETTINGS. I've used 16 MHz SCLK for my project successfully with this configuration.
But, when I changed the PC with MATLAB v2021b, reinstalled hardware support packages, and reconfigured RPI from scratch, the SCLK was static at 500 kHz whenever SPI communication took place. I've reflashed microSD and re-enabled SPI from raspi-config, but nothing could solve the problem.
I use only SIMULINK for my project.
Please help.
