I just followed the instructions to run the shell script:
chmod u+x Raspbian_OS_Setup.sh
./Raspbian_OS_Setup.sh
The script I was using is For Raspbian Stretch, but I have got this error output:

running install_egg_info
Removing /opt/ros/indigo/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/catkin-0.6.19.egg-info
Writing /opt/ros/indigo/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/catkin-0.6.19.egg-info
CMake Error at gtest/cmake_install.cmake:42 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/home/pi/ros_catkin_ws/build_isolated/catkin/gtest/libgtest.so".
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  cmake_install.cmake:154 (include)

Makefile:115: recipe for target 'install' failed
make: *** [install] Error 1

Anyone can help with this? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I found this solution: https://answers.ros.org/question/266665/ros-indigo-installation-problem-on-raspbian-jessie/

It works for Stretch as well. I think the script has sort of been abandoned unfortunately.
