Describe the bug
Not translating times in channel. Brand new installation

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add bot to workspace
  2. Invite bot to channel
  3. Say “testing the bot at 4:30pm”

Expected behavior
Bot should translate time to other zones.

I have examples where the Butler would only respond when tagged in a message and only on one of two channels. One channel had no Butler messages at all.
