Trouble Loading Board Info #4

I'm having trouble loading the board info to the device. Is there someone that can help? The level 2 light stays lit when I turn the device on if that helps.

I realized that I needed a cp210 driver that I ended up getting from silabs.com. I got the board loaded. Now nothing happens when I turn it on. I will update any fixes I figure out in case it helps anyone else.
