Modify code so the latest libraries versions can be used.

Tracked down the source of the problem with the Adafruit_TinyUSB library in versions after 3.1:

calls to usb_hid.setStringDescriptor(MOUSE_DESCRIPTOR) cause the USB connection to hang.

Identified some related / similar issues:

The issue is an older version of the Tiny USB Library within the core directory. Replacing those files with the latest one from the library should resolve the issue. See the comment:
