Working on rejection classification on WSI of renal allograft rejection

Hi Andrew,

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful work you've done on Titan. It's truly impressive!

I'm currently working on predicting renal allograft rejection in whole slide images (H&E stain) (scanned at 40X) and need to extract the following classifications:

IFTA Grade
AMR vs No AMR
TCMR vs No TCMR

Could you please help me set up the configuration file for this task? I want to apply zero shot classifcation on my WSI.

Could you provide more details on the use case?

• Were you able to extract patch/slide features with CONCHv1.5/TITAN for all your WSIs?
• By zero-shot classification, are you referring to cross-modal zero-shot classification? or unimodal zero-shot classification (e.g., simple-shot or KNN)?
