Do you have the current Teensyduino installed?

I'm using v1.8.10 arduino ide so v1.55 teensyduino won't install. Is there any negative results if I comment out the two digitalToggle calls?

Not directly and probably the rest will run, but I can't guarantee. I can have a closer look if you tell me which version of Teensyduino you use.
