http://246.swcb.gov.tw/Event2015/vote.aspx 有許多土石流歷史災害照片，可以整合進來。

- 有照片
- 有詮釋資料：縣市鄉鎮村里、座標、拍攝時間
- CC BY 授權
把資料爬一爬，整理一下看怎麼整合起來，放到各村里區域
