有一些避難收容處所、加油站、救難物資的資料，可以匯入 OSM。

目前只有匯入 Lowiki，但這些資料也算是基礎的地理資訊，可以整理後匯入 OSM，再重新跟 Lowiki 上的資料連結起來。

計劃

做一個處理大量匯入資料用的工具，針對公部門常見的 CSV 表格
- 自動跑 geocoding
- 自動用 nominatum 查詢是否已有類似資料
- 查看鄰近地點情況
- crowd-review process 讓社群可以檢視、討論與共同修改匯入的資料
- 可行的部份可直接匯入
- 匯入後可自動檢查 OSM 方面的更新，方便資料集管理者取得 OSM 貢獻者提供的資料
