问题背景：
模型供应商Qwen中使用列表中的qwen-max等可以正常工作，但列表中没有百炼平台上的deepseek系列模型，因此通过创建自定义模型的方式输入对应的模型id等操作，然后对话中选择该模型，输入问题后没有任何响应。
另一方面，在部署lobe-chat的server本机上，使用阿里云的demo 调试代码，是可以正常得到该模型（如v3)的响应的。因此判断问题应该还是在lobe的模型调用上，能帮忙看看么？
