我想要给所有用户添加一个自定义的服务商（自己做了一个私有化本地模型部署）
但是我在我自己账号添加无法反应到其他账号，请问能在环境变量里添加吗。

I want to add a custom model provider for all users. But by adding it under my own account
does not reflect on other accounts.
Is there any way to add it through .env file? Or there is some method that I don't konw maybe.
