Add configurable wrapper string for ssh command

Provide a configurable wrapper string parm (with default) to allow the command passed to SSH to be re-formatted via config file.

This will allow existing test scripts to work with openshift containers/pods by simply providing a Python formatted string modifier via configuration file at test start. (via /usr/bin/glusto).
