To allow allow test plans to run on a dynamically configured docker image (e.g. tagged to the latest SHA of your master branch), allow the ability to dynamically configure the container_name. E.g.

container_name: "bbangert/autopush:${SHA}",

Combined with #88, this will allow a per run container_name/url
