[UI] Content for withdraw/deposit on SP with no claim

BOLD rewards are reinvested into the SP when a deposit or withdraw that does not claim reward is triggered. Users have noted that this was not clear.

We should add a drawer notice when the user 1) has selected withdraw or deposit, 2) has entered a non-zero value, and 3) has not selected (or deselected Claim Rewards) with the following:

"Unclaimed BOLD rewards will automatically be reinvested in the [ID] Stability Pool"
