Is there any way to find who is the oncall person for a particular team via slack when I mention @team name

One could implement it using : https://bitbucket.org/twinsdigital/omnibot/src/master/, we got it working at our org.

At the moment you need a slackbot integration to reach out to oncall, we currently use omnibot as well
