Improve the static sphere by animating it #1078

Today, we have a static sphere in the top left of the page. We want to modernize the app and add an animation. Is it possible to remove the sphere and create something like this instead? It should be smaller and avoid appearing behind the text to keep it readable: [link to CodePen].

Here are the two colors to use: #6AFFAF & #5CE3FE.
