Start-HealOpsUpdateCycle. Define a default value on the "UpdateMode" parameter. #16

Have a Fallback value on: "UpdateMode". The Default value should be >> HealOpsPackage. In case that an update fails and corrupts the HealOps config file.

Needs more testing. See the actual scenario where the config file is not proper. Happens after an update. Reproduce this scenario and then look at this. Because maybe the root cause could be fixed.
