Hallo
When I try to install from within Package manager it comes with this message: RpiGpioSetup file set incomplete.
( RaspberryPi 3B+ running v2.80~21-large-23 )

I cleaned out some older versions, including the one you are running. I suggest upgrading to Venus OS v2.80~41-large-25
