Open Telemetry with Jaeger backend Trace ID

Hi team,

I wanted to add the Trace ID in the response header of each http request. I configured the Open Telemetry with Jaeger and it's working like a charm.

But I can't figure out how to add the Trace ID in the response header. Please help me to add this.
