Analyze mod_security replacement by Coraza

Coraza is a next gen WAF, that can be used to replace mod_security almost as a drop-in.

The major problem is how can we integrate ingress-nginx with Coraza, being some options:

• Openresty being able to defer the filtering to Coraza
• Some nginx + rust module to call Coraza
• Using something like https://github.com/Kong/ngx_wasm_module and calling coraza wasm

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If Ingress contributors determines this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
