Kubeflow Getting Started page - proposal - list Distributions 1st by Kubeflow version supported (with 2nd sort on Distribution names)

The Kubeflow Getting Started Page, https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/started/installing-kubeflow/, provides a list of the Kubeflow Distribution providers.

The Community might want to have a guideline on how the Distributions should be listed.

This proposal suggests that the Distributions should be listed by version support i.e. 1.6 variants 1st, then 1.5, then 1.4...

As multiple Distributions can support the same version, then the next sort would be alphabetical order, by Distribution Name.

It would be great if we could figure out a way to automate this process to make it easier for the authorized Distribution owners to enter the updated version and have the Getting Started page created via a script or automation.
