GetTeamInfoByTeamID returns empty

GetTeamInfoByTeamID returns this:

on all the ID's which are > then 2854551.
2854551 is the last team returned.

This is even about Steam Web API, not library-specific problem
No ideas about Valve policy about Web API, why did they abandoned it, but Steam emulation seem like the only reliable way to obtain info
