After a fresh install of both AnberPorts and System Shock, I added the data and sound folders from SS enhanced and the dos port and got this log file:log.txt

When I launch the game, it shows a black screen with a blinking cursor while the intro sound plays. You can exit the intro and get to the title screen, but the screen is blank the entire time.
