Password problems with a European account when logging into Meross

Hi,
i'm trying to configure a Meross power plug mss315 in HA and when entering the cloud account details I always get the error message
"Wrong email or password" (see attachment). The account details work perfectly in the app.
Is there any trick?

I found the problem, don't use the letters z or y in the password for German HA settings.
Seems to be a conversion problem with regional settings.
