Hi author.
Thanks for your opening such a great work. I wonder how big the initial error is which is allowed for this calibration tool? Did you conduct related tests?

It depends. While the SuperGlue-based initial guess does not require initial guess, the NID-based fine registration requires a reasonable initial estimation.

I see this. Actually I'd like to know how the initial value affects on NID based fine registration, can you provide any more?
