Describe the issue

  1. Invite an existing user to a different tenant.
  2. Login as the invited user, and go to profile
  3. Accept the invitation. As soon as the "Accept" button is clicked the entire tab just freezes. Monitoring the browser dev console, no network calls are sent.

Environment

  • Kestra Version: 0.20.6
