I've got a 512 memory expansion for an Amiga 500 Rev. 6A, and I expected to be detected as Fast RAM. I've used the Advanced Amiga Analyzer to test the memory, and in fact detected it as Fast, as expected. However, Amiga Test Kit lists the RAM as Slow, but, as far as I know, the distinction between Fast and Slow memory is just a different way of calling the same thing. Can you tell me what's the difference between fast and slow memory when the RAM is installed in the expansion bay? I'm confused.

Hi - Amiga Test Kit is throwing up an exception error (Exception #19 (25: Level 1 IRQ)) and I am unsure how to interpret it - I wondering if you could take a look and tell me what its trying to tell me? Thanks,

Hello,... anyone? everyone...

I thought this could be the right place to ask this question, please if there are other forums or places where to ask, let me know.

I have this Amiga 500 Rev6, Amiga Test Kit is reporting errors on the CIA TOD interrupts, and ticks... I tested the Amiga with this tool because I the floppy seem to be waiting for the disk, once inserted, appear to start the reading process and it just clicks two times and does nothing. The drive led activity stays on. The disk cable is connected properly. Now, if I use a gotek with flashfloppy it works just fine, I can boot to any disk, etc. But I notice something weird. When the drive is reading (or writing) the disk activity LED turns off and when no activity is performed on the disk, the LED is on, only with the gotek, remember a real floppy drive doesn't work, even using a tested good one.
I swapped the CIA IC's and the problem and behavior is the same, no changes. Also used a good PAULA or GARY and all the same.
Hope anyone here can shed a light to this problem and help me resolving it! Thank you so much.
