High latency frames are counted as slow for multithreaded capturing #7

If a frame acquisition takes more than frame timeout, it's counted as slow, even if multithreaded capture allows sustaining capture rate.

e.g.

  • in the picture above frames 1..4 get marked as slow, even though they shouldn't be.
  • render pool size should be equal to the number of steps probably?
