Uploading still not working

You cannot have subspecies here because the taxon you uploaded is a species. You need to add a new row with the taxon rank set to subspecies. Basically, the system only processes data up to the specified taxon rank, which, in this case, is species.

I used the template attached above and added Plecoptera from South Africa which are in FBIS. The upload was successful. SO unless you are still having issue @schmikloi we can close this ticket

Sorry, @dimasciput & @helendallas: I still have troubles with uploading data correctly...
I used the file @dimasciput provided, turned it into an xlsx and then filled it with real data.
The following issues occurred:

1. for the species Eucypris virens I had added subfamily, tribe and subtribe that are not displayed (despite I had created a single line for the subfamily, tribe, sub tribe etc.

2. if I import sub species, then the Taxon field only showy the last part of the taxon name

3. for Eucypris hieracina I have added the subgenus Subeucypris; still the database says "Testsubgenus"
