Incude Workplace Discrimination in the Contextual Dimension

Currently, the Workplace Discrimination factor is missing from the Contextual Dimension. Please include it. Similar to the other factors in the Contextual Dimension, this should be a national score. Therefore, the user should be able to provide a number on a scale from 0 to 100, which the tool would standardize to a scale from 0 to 5 and apply uniformly across the entire country.
