Rybinsk Reservoir, which is present in vanilla, is still there despite the province being physically turned into a forest(?) province.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Find state 248 (Yaroslavl)

2. Click on the northernmost province that looks out of place with the rest of the state and observe the infobox

Possible cause:
Oversight.
