Explanation of the issue:
Playing as Canada, conservatives. Can't continue playing as the game always crashes on July 6th 1951 at 24:00

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play as Canada.

2. Have convservatives win the election.

Possible cause:
Either it always crashes at this point if conservatives win the election because of the new HOI4 DLC and the new Kalterkrieg version, or it is because of the world state and the actions / combination of actions of other nations.
