Explanation of the Issue

Your troops consume negative supplies.

Steps to reproduce

Stack logistic company with its research buffs (had level 5 when this happened to me), the mobile warfare doctrine buffs from the end of the tree and buffs from the focus tree (wouldnt be needed with a bit more logistic research).

Possible Cause

Making logistic companies reduce supply consumption by crazy amounts when higher levels are researched.
