Is there a way to make it so maxSimultaneous doesn't change max available contracts? #740

For example if I set maxSimultaneous = 7 then the game will almost ALWAYS offer 7 of this contract type/group. Is it possible to make it so the game will only offer maybe 1 - 2 at a time but can have a higher amount accepted?

I don't see anything that could support this by reading the wiki.
