❓ Flickers when the mouse moves to the link?

Using the latest version of the plugin, mac system, any theme

when the mouse moves to the bottom of the note, the page starts to flash, and the corresponding link note cannot be clicked.

I does sound like the issue I had using Rich Foot with Hover Editor plugin. Recently I noticed Hover Editor flickering even without Rich Foot. It seems that it flicks when the hovered link is too low on the screen, which is 100% of Rich Foot links. So, looks like a Hover Editor bug instead of a Rich Foot one.
