🧶 Add "Exclude Folders in Link" Setting to Filter the Result of Outlinks/Backlinks

For instance, I would like to exclude all reference notes from my "PeriodicNotes/" folder to prevent them from appearing in my link results:

This is because each of my daily notes links to the "previous day" and "next day," which do not accurately represent the type of "relationship" I am seeking.

I have attempted to create a version (https://github.com/Moyf/rich-foot/commits/filter-link-folder/), but it significantly affects performance. Therefore, I am hesitant to submit a pull request. 😖
